June thru Aug. summer $950/week for up to 4 people additional people are $50 per night, maximum 7 occupants

After Labor Day 3-night minimum stays are allowed at $150 per night or the standard weekly rates apply

June thru Aug. Summer Daily rates of $155/day: (4 day minimum)
