Window AC included for the rear bedrooms (helps on those hot summer days).

With oven and cook top with modern kitchen, microwave, coffee
maker, toaster and basic kitchen supplies. Telephone land line, bring calling card for long distance.

Living room with double futon including tv, vcr, stereo and awesome views of lake.

Good fishing off property and in surrounding lake area.
Awesome private point peninsula for spectacular fishing and hiking.

Cedar Crib Dock with a U shaped configuration, accommodates up to 24' boat (bring your own boat).

Gradual grade and easy walk to cabin from dock, cabin only 30 feet off waters edge.

Large 12' X 24' attached screen porch with dining table and gathering area with quiet lake views.

Large open front porch for dining or gathering.

Walking trails withing the private 90 acre estate.

Sand beach facing southwesterly for the late afternoon swims.
